"Helpful advice, though the site could be easier"
I used Andersons Prom to look up some lawn products and had a question about spreader settings. The information on the site seemed solid, and when I reached out, support actually gave me a helpful reply instead of some generic copy-and-paste answer. It did take me longer than expected to find what I needed, so I’m hoping they’ll take that kind of hassle into account or offer something to make up for it. Overall, though, it was a good experience. 4 stars.

This has been a bad first impression. I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund. Every time I contact support, they just tell me it’s still being checked, but nothing actually gets resolved. It’s really frustrating and not the kind of experience that makes me want to order again.

I reached out for help with my order and wish I hadn’t had to waste so much time on it. The replies were slow, the answers weren’t clear, and it felt like no one was really taking ownership of the issue. I had to follow up more than once just to get anywhere, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. At this point, I’d rather not risk losing more time or dealing with another hassle, so I won’t be ordering from andersons.com again

"Really poor communication"
I had a frustrating experience with Andersons Prom. It was hard to get clear answers, and the replies took ages. Then when they did reply, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d sent, so I had to explain the same thing again and again. Just not great, and definitely not what I was expecting.....

I ordered one item, but something completely different showed up. The packing slip had the right info, so I’m not sure what happened with the actual box. It feels a bit hit or miss if they’re sending the correct stuff, and having to sort out their mistake was annoying.

My order came in looking beat up. One side of the outer box was crushed, and the tape was barely hanging on, like someone had already messed with it. I don’t have the patience for dealing with stuff showing up like this.
A few things inside were dirty because the packaging had broken open, and one bag had split too. I know shipping isn’t always gentle, but this was just packed poorly. Not really what I expected from andersons.com.

I’m tired of dealing with the same issue here. The staff came across as rude and careless again, and it just felt really unprofessional. I was hoping it would be better this time, but nope.

"Barely anything to pick from"
I went in hoping there’d be a decent variety, but the selection was disappointing. A bunch of the things I was looking for either weren’t there at all or only had one or two choices. It was annoying because I spent all that time looking around just to realize I’d have to go somewhere else anyway. Felt like a total waste of energy

I was really disappointed with the whole experience. It’s not even about that one issue, it’s more that dealing with it felt like way more trouble than it should’ve been. I don’t see myself using them again

I had a annoying time trying to check out on Andersons Prom. The pages were loading slowly, and my cart didn’t update correctly the first time, so I kept having to go back and try again. It kind of felt like I was being passed around by the site with no clear fix, just waiting and refreshing until it finally worked. I did get the order placed in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. Not a total disaster, but definitely not a smooth checkout experience.

The order itself was fine, so at first I thought maybe I was just reading the bill wrong or missed something. But after looking it over a couple times, some of the charges definitely didn’t match what I ordered. I had to send a few emails to get it straightened out, which was a bit annoying. Not the worst experience, but I do wish it had been right the first time.

I also expected clearer instructions on what I was supposed to do next, because I’m still not totally sure what’s going on. Frustrating experience overall

I ordered a few things from Andersons the quality was underwhelming. One item had loose stitching right out of the package, and another looked a lot cheaper in person than it did in the photos.
Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but for the price I expected better. What also annoyed me was how aggressive the reminders were after I ordered—constant emails and nudges that felt a bit much. Not the worst experience ever, just disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Application instructions were confusing"
I had a hard time figuring out how to apply this because the directions were vague. I ended up wasting both product and time trying to get it right, and that part was weird because it really should’ve been more straightforward. Not super happy with the experience.
